These were labeled "Christmas Bell Peppers" at the farmers' market.  I'd never seen this shape before.  Love their long curvy stems..........



Wild asters.  It's amazing to me that a plant that thrives without human care can do so well in Michigan despite not beginning to bloom until October.  Life will exploit every niche.......

  1. Did you buy those peppers? Do they taste like regular bell peppers? Very pretty, those peppers. Peter Piper picked a peck of pretty peppers!

  2. I did not buy them.

    So often when I'm in picture-taking mode it never occurs to me to buy things. I often get home, and look at my pics, and think "Why didn't I get some of those!"

    I, too, wonder what they taste like!
