I have gotten 5 spam comments in the last two days.

Clearly someone has figured out how to get past the "capcha" method of stopping robots from commenting.

I really wish people would get a life and stop messing up other people's things.  Really.



Ok.

We are in control of this.

I have switched from using the capcha to comment moderation.

    That's too bad, Vicki. I don't have much problem on the blog, but my work email (that I have had for many years) averages 50 spam emails a day. I cannot tell you how much money I've won in the past couple of years nor how frustrating it is.

    I haven't had much trouble in the past, but the last few days! Oy vey!

    Sympathetic to your issues at work!!!

    One of my work accounts is pretty well protected (one or two spam messages a day), but the other! Sheesh!

    SO much time is wasted. I can't believe that big businesses don't do a better job of blocking it.

    Sorta blows my mind that anyone EVER buys meds from some random who-knows-who from whom they receive spam..............

    They must, though, or people wouldn't bother to send it.............

Moderation is enabled, as I was getting too much spam (even with the word verification on!).

Comments left here will show up on the blog as soon as I see them and OK them.

I'm sorry for the frustration! I wish the #)($&^ spammers would get a life and leave the rest of us in peace!
