October 12

This is the window of 16 Hands, an art gallery/shop on Main Street in Ann Arbor.

I suspect this is a mule, but would be happy to be told it is a donkey.....  ???

Looking up at monk's hood, with bare tree branches between the flowers and the sky.

  1. Oh my. The colors are just gorgeous. I have lots of favorites in that series! Aren't maples just incredible in the fall?!

Love the picture of the white fence. And, of course, love the mule/donkey. :D

  2. Thanks. :-) I have been working on soaking up as much color as possible, to get through the long gray/brown season.......

    The maples are amazing. :-)

We are predicted to get a "possibly historic" "wind event" over the next two days -- I wonder how many leaves will be left on Thursday.....

I love that mule/donkey's bandana. :-) I love the sculpture (what talent and skill!) and then the bandana is the crowning touch......

I've taken pics of that fence before, but not from that angle. I like the "disappearing in the distance" effect.
