I should have gotten a closer shot of the written info.
It says this is a Whistler (of "Whistler's Mother" fame), and mentions 125 years of the DIA (Detroit Institute of Arts).

New recycling/trash collector. Nice design. I like the use of the cut-outs, for the decoration and for the labels.
