The 14th was one of those "all the leaves are brown, and the sky is gray" kind of days.
Well, ok, not *all* the leaves were brown...........
All the skies were gray, though.
This is the same chrysanthemum, about half way along our mile walk, that we've admired before. It's still blooming, and look at its excellent red leaves! I think I will try to remember to ask if I can have a cutting, next year....... What a great plant.
Do you remember, late last spring, when we looked at the false straberries, and then I showed you some real ones?
Here is the patch of real strawberries. I don't remember strawberries having red leaves, either.
They are seriously bright red!
I don't know what this is. I liked the yellow against the dark grays of the bark.
