They predicted the biggest "snow event" of this winter -- 6-8".

It snowed, but the grand total was more like 2".

I love the overnight tranformation from brown to white.....

Or blue, as the camera thinks it was............  Notice how the last two pics are so much less blue.  They were taken five minutes after the blue ones, but from inside the house, rather than outside on the stoop.....

Street lights still on (note pink intersection).

Only one car has pulled out of this street, since the snow fell.

If you click on the next pic to embiggen, you can see that it was snowing (especially if you look at the bottom left -- you can see the snow, streaking down).
