A portent of things to come.

We are having lovely cool-for-summer weather (highs in the high 70s), and we had more rain in July than we usually do, I think.

On July 31, for the first time since last winter, I heard the crows gather for the night. 

The circle is turning........



"You think too much.  Let's go!" is the message from someone who needs his nails trimmed.

I wonder when it became usual to put the title of a novel on every page......
