Have we already identified zinnias as composite flowers? They are.....
Lots of pollen on these little yellow flowers!
Looking up to get a glimpse of the sky.
There's a jet trail in the middle of this image.
I have no idea what this is! Another in our 2015 collection of composite flowers....
The image above shows the color of the foliage as I recall it. Why the camera made this next image so blue, I do not know....
Wonder what those spikes are........... Male flowers, and the rest are female? Or?
Here's a look at the orange-flower plant. It's a big one. More than four feet tall.
Note also the sidewalk, going down, down, down. Most of
my mile loop is gently, or not quite so gently, uphill. The far end is
steeply up, not quite as steeply down, and then the way home is
basically flat (very gently sloping down). Once I'm halfway around,
it's literally downhill from there.
