I like everything about acorns (except that they are often full of bugs and/or worms!).
Today I'll continue with color rather than subject (though the floor in the background *is* oak....). Another ATC made last weekend. Fused. Strip of black felt sewn on, bead sewn on top.

Thanks! I am having fun, learning more about Elements' tricks. My newest thing is pics of single leaves, on white paper. Poster edge, boost the saturation..... Love what happens with the shadows!
I am learning about myself that, while I can enjoy and appreciate a monochromatic image, it's the high-contrast, full-of-saturated-color ones that grab me viscerally.
Scrolling down my blog, it's always the bright gaudy ones that make me stop and take a second look. :-)
