road trip to Kenyon

Last Thursday we took a road trip to Kenyon College (in Gambier, Ohio, northeast of Columbus) to see our daughter swim for her university.

It was not a nice day. It was not a nice day for a drive. It was not a nice day for taking pictures.

We were glad it was warm, at least, so we didn't have to think about freezing/ice/snow. Thursday was the day it snowed so hard in Oklahoma that they shut down the interstates. We were lucky. We only had rain, rain, rain, more rain, and pouring rain.
