Last Wednesday, I had to get a bucket and wash dogfeet every time they came in from our very muddy back yard.
Thursday I woke up, dreading more of the same.
What a gift, to look outdoors and see that it had snowed! Not just any snow, but the gorgeous stick-to-every-twig, transform-my-world sort of snow.
When there is no wind, the snow accumulates on every surface.
This house has one of the best magnolia trees in town. Interesting branches in the winter, and covered with flowers in late-ish spring.
I walked to work, so I could stop whenever I wanted, soak it all up, and save some to share in bits and pixels.
