
Here's the answer.....

I love the S shape of the dried flowers (plus that extra dried-up thing, where the two flower stems split off the main stem, whatever it's called!).

The poinsettia, not to be outdone, is also working setting seed. Look at its excellent starry red pistils.

Ordinarily I don't let houseplants set seed, but this amaryllis is so cool. I had to let it go and see what happens........
