Isn't it weird that the very same grapevine would have two such different leaves, right next to each other?






You have seen lots of pictures of the tulip tree right outside my study window. Here you can see why it's called "tulilp tree" -- the flowers are sort of tulip shaped.






I was trying to get pics of the flowers from the study window, and this starling came along. This won't go down in history as one of my best pics, but I am pleased that it's clear enough that you can see the starling is wet..... Love my big Panasonic's 12x optical zoom.
