My walk to and from work includes this little woods. It's called a "park", but is entirely undeveloped and untended (with the exception of a bit of garlic mustard removal).

It is basically a ravine through the middle of half a block. A public path runs along the top of the ravine on one side.

I showed the woods to you in March when I blogged the year's last snow storm:
