One of the U's dorms. It was the chartreuse tree that caught my eye. I like the frothy trees against the hard lines of the building.

Since the crabs aren't out and the cherries are, I'm guessing cherry.....

The pink is a magnolia. We had a record low last Wednesday night (23F), and the magnolias took a hit. They have a lot of brown on the petals, now, where the petals froze. Last year this happened before we got a chance to enjoy them. I'm glad we had such a (relatively) long time with them this year!
