October 17, on the way to work

Even after all these decades, I am still astonished every fall when the trees look like this......





And the ground looks like this........





You would never walk on someone's flowers; how can it be right to walk on this?





Ripping our attention from all the COLOR, we note an ex-coneflower, in front of a fence.





I caught the bus; now we are downtown.

A generous colleague shares her tea from home -- Taiwanese Mountain Tea, which is an oolong. It is lovely.....
