Squash, in someone's yard.

They have most excellent flowers. This one isn't all the way open yet, and will be as big as my fingers can spread once it is.....





They also have excellent leaves.










Same yard; tomato almost up to the porch roof.







Virginia creeper.

Do you know why they call them snapdragons?





Because if you pinch them right behind their "jaws," their mouths open up, and you can see down their throats. When you let go, they snap shut again.





Home again, home again. Tiny weedy aster, with ants.
