GET A RAKE!!!

I would just like to say -- NO WONDER AMERICANS ARE FAT.

We don't rake our leaves, we don't shovel our snow, we can't be troubled to lift up our garage doors, and we certainly can't be bothered even to roll our car windows up and down.

No, we have to use power and more and more power to do all of these tasks formerly done by our muscles.

And of all the obnoxious noisy polluting fossil-fuel-using objects people use instead of a simple time-tested muscle-powered tool, leaf blowers have got to be the worst.

Not only do they make HUGE noise, it is horrible shrieking obnoxious noise. It ruins the day of everyone for a huge distance around, even in what should be the comfort of their own homes. Yesterday it was the neighbor on one side, and today, the other side.

I would like to note that it takes FAR **FAR** longer to get rid of your leaves with a leaf blower than with a rake. Half an hour with a rake; three hours with a leaf blower.

Leaf blowers are an ABOMINATION.

Get a rake. Get some exercise, enjoy the fall day (rather than ruining it for everyone else...................................)..................
