Nov. 6 -- the last nice day, part 3

We lived on Pine Tree when I was a kid. There were big pine trees (I believe white pines) marking what had been, long before, someone's driveway.

I think these are the same pine cones.........

I don't remember what the needles looked like. Mom? Do you think this is the same kind of tree?







Japanese maple.

Geranium (not pelargonium).





Wow. This is just the way the camera remembers this color.





This are the very hosta leaves we looked at not long ago.







With fern.





I like the way the pelargonium and the window continue the color theme, and I like the reflections in the window.





Crabapple.

Crabapples seem to come in as many (more?) varieties as eating apples.





These remind me of the golden russets we tasted at Zingerman's a couple of weeks ago.
