walking home, November 13

.

Very shortly after 5:00. It was a pretty nice day. Not nearly as warm as the previous Thursday, but still pretty nice.

Most of the downtown color, by the end of the second week of November, is courtesy of Bradford pears.

Most but not all..........

It's been several weeks since we walked by the persimmon.

The fruits are bigger than I remember them being last year. This one is about the diameter of a quarter (3cm?).

Remember the ivy on the telephone-pole-full-of-staples?

Walking up Washington in the gathering gloom.

Looking east into West Park.

I wondered if any of these gathering-dark images would be interesting..... Not as interesting as I'd hoped, not even after doing some 'shopping, but better for my enhancing, I think.

I did not notice the cat? mask on this house until I saw the image on the "big screen."

I guess the one advantage to it being so dark when it's time to go home is that I get a better cardio workout as I don't stop so often to take pics.......

Not nearly as intense as from freaking out over the indoor squirrel I would find shortly after the last pic above, but longer duration.......
