My father's mother liked peppermint-stick ice cream.
At Christmas time we like to remember Grandma with a taste of something she enjoyed. Lately it's been hard to find ice cream with crunchy peppermint candy.
This year we tried Haagen Daz Peppermint Bark.
Yum. Smooth and creamy, as you'd expect, with bits of crunchy peppermint candy. And bits of chocolate, which are yummy, though not a required part of this experience.
Only available in December, I think, so if you haven't had yours, better look for some, quick....

It's yummy.....
Luckily my daughter the swimmer will eat most of it (if not all!) before she goes back to college....
I have had a couple of small servings, so I'm good for the season.

One thing good about Haagen Daz is that it comes in pints rather than quarts.................
