This has got to be one of the most photogenic bagels ever to come out of an oven.
Tasty, too. I am trying to not eat too much salt, so I only had one bite. Yum.

About Me
- I need orange
- Helen Frankenthaler is an artist who does abstract prints. One is called "I Need Yellow." I love contrast, and I love saturated color. When choosing a blog name, I tried "iloveorange" which was taken, and then I remembered Helen and went for ineedorange.

I hadn't thought of galaxies, but you are so right!!!!!
I only wish we could find any decent bagels here at all. Even the so called bagel shops don't carry salt bagels any more. sigh

None of our bagel shops are as good as the Bagel Factory was, alas.
But these are vastly better than anything one would buy at, say, the grocery.....
Fondly missing the cheese bagels from the Bagel Factory. Toasted, with a skim of butter..............
