Tonight I played around with shapes and textures just a little -- I had stretched the basic shapes before, but hadn't tried twisting or tapering............
This started as a cube. Now it is basically a wedge, with a twist.............
It has one of the freebie Chandra images from Astronomy2009 on it.
Not too bad, for a first attempt at something with strictly aesthetic value, eh?
Now I am really hot to make it rotate, but so far I haven't been able to get a script to start from.....................
