Love this iris. I'll take stripes over ruffles any day.

Clover. Note teeny bug on the petal with the lowest point.

I haven't paid all that much attention to the habit of this next one. I think it is something vine-y which would climb if offered the right opportunity.

Lupins. Don't you love the leaves?

Cute little house with trees and sky.

With trees and peonies.

Black and white, with green. Peace, man.

I'm glad I seized the time for those red-car pics. There are fewer red cars now. I would be working to get three in a pic, and haven't seen more than that in a while.....

Our front stoop. Note spent fuchsia blooms on the pavement. Fuchsias dry with interesting shapes, and they retain a lot of color. I'm always thinking I should use them for ... something..........

I love that word 'stoop'. It just makes me think of being a kid and sitting there learning how to tie a bow on my Keds...looking at my scabby knees with the cinders in them...watchin' ants...eating fudgecicles.
Lighting those snaky ash things, on the 4th of July..........
Watching for lightning bugs.
Popciciles.
