All gone, today. I didn't notice the robin in the upper left corner until I saw the image on "the big screen." It's raining, today, too, and you can see rain on the window between us and the outdoors.

It's kind of amazing -- this snow melted slowly enough that we never got huge amounts of runoff. I bet that most of it soaked in, instead of running off and ending up in the river.

This is my first attempt at taking more or less the same pic every day for many days in a row. I thought it might be mildly interesting to watch the snow go.

Unfortunately I didn't think about trying to get as close to the same pic as I could get until I'd taken several pics.

Maybe next time...........

In any case, here is a slide show of these images.

At least I was able to degrade the quality of each image here on my computer before loading up the video. That made the loading/processing-at-blogger go MUCH faster...........

Thanks! :-)

The only other slideshow->video I have made was hundreds of slides and was intended for seeing at home (so I left the images big).

That one took F O R E V E R to write to disk........

Since this one was for web use, I could make the pics small, and it was MUCH quicker. Not to mention that I started with the smaller images I publish on the blog.....

I used the slideshow maker in Photoshop Elements 7.
