I took more pics on the 27th than I've taken on one day since we went to the zoo last fall.
Take a deep breath; here we go!
The crabs outside my office building.

You'd think I could remember from year to year if this tree outside my office window is a walnut or an ailanthus, but I can't seem to...........
The red contrasted with the green is what caught my eye. Taken through a dirty window, and then tightly cropped for emphasis and enlarged, hence less-than-stellar quality. Poster-edged.

On the way home now. Yet another crab. Isn't it nice that they don't all bloom at the same time?
I'm not a big fan of this harsh afternoon light. I'm always pleased when I think I've managed to work with it (rather than giving up in frustration....).

Dandelion.

Japanese maple in front of nice old house. Note fancy door and side-light glass.

Another Japanese maple, a few doors north of that last one.
Leaves and shadows......

Hellebore.

These are the same spiky yellow tulips we enjoyed before.

And their shadows.

More tulips in the same parking-lot bed. This is the little bitty lot at the corner of Main and William.

Back to the shop window with the nice shiny things. Easier light this time (the previous shot of these was in the morning, and the sun was on this side of the street).
I've decided I quite like having lettering painted on the window. The shadows.....

Your faithful photographer, times three.
