On the 30th, the wash went outside for the first time in 2010. We had one (1) other day that would have worked, several weeks ago. It really needs to be 70 or above, or very windy, if you want to be sure things will get dry. Since that one day it's been either too cold or too wet. Or I was at work......
The 30th was 80 and windy. The second load was towels. They dry relatively quickly, for their weight and their fiber content (heavy cotton stuff takes the longest). Loops give towels such a large surface area.....
They didn't go out until after noon, but were bone dry by 4:30.
I arranged my position for this pic, but did not hang the wash with a pic in mind.

After the wash was up, I spent some time pulling garlic mustard and baby maple trees. I always leave the dandelions.

Even when they are a bit scraggly.
