Baby oak. I hope the color isn't an indication that it is sick.....

I saw the greens, I saw the pink, but I didn't see all those spiky maroon bits until I got it on "the big screen."
Here's that same garden we saw a couple weeks ago. Puzzlingly, it was blurry again.
Here it is, saturated a bit and poster-edged.
With more orange tulips and fewer red ones.
At the base of a large old maple. I think this is a baby, rather than a sucker....

I'm liking the lamium. I don't think I've ever seen it with flowers!
I can't remember if I have or not. I am pretty sure I haven't taken pics of the flowers before.....
Those green-on-paler-green leaves are something my camera isn't all that fond of focusing on, but with the flowers, it doesn't seem to have any trouble.........
