.

Teeny tiny vine, growing on a stone front porch. I think the biggest leaves were about an inch across.

Humongous ants, marching along an alley wall. Trucks drive through here.....

Red grass leaf. (Love those curls at the ends of the leaves.)

Teeny tiny hosta.

This is one of those things I can never remember what they are....

This may be the first time I've noticed what they look like after the petals fall off.

The list is growing... peonies, hydrangeas, and now hostas. :) More things that I miss... someone here yesterday told me that peonies will grow here - huh! Thank you so much for the link to the hydrangeas... did that last picture take your breath away too? Holy cow!!!

I must have walked by that teeny hosta lots of times (it looks established), but I don't remember seeing it. That is the smallest one I've ever seen. Quite a range, from nearly waist high with huge leaves, to this baby............

:-)

And the blooms are nice, too.

I looooooooooove peonies.......

Soon. :-)

There are lots of buds...........

You are welcome for the link. That elderly pic with the HUGE hydrangeas was amazing, wasn't it?

:-)
