About Me
- I need orange
- Helen Frankenthaler is an artist who does abstract prints. One is called "I Need Yellow." I love contrast, and I love saturated color. When choosing a blog name, I tried "iloveorange" which was taken, and then I remembered Helen and went for ineedorange.

Those poppies and bachelor buttons together are wonderful, aren't they? I saw some people working on that bed, early in the spring. I hope I'll see them again, so I can thank them....... I'm pretty sure that little triangle of land belongs to the city (it's between streets; not connected to anyone's lawn). I am betting the gardeners are all neighbors/volunteers, and I'd surely like to thank them for their work.
We don't usually get four days in a row of rain, either, but it happens. I've got wash on the line despite the overcast sky; hope it doesn't rain until after I've brought it in! :-)
