June 30 was another gorgeous day. I had my office window open every day that week.
On my way home.
Shadows on the sidewalk.
Shadows on the street.
Grungy setting with purple bells.
Golden rain tree.
Vine invading the front porch. Looks like it's trying to find its way inside. Or maybe just peep through the window?
Wonder what happened. It looks cool, but I'm sure it's not healthy.
Here are some healthy ones.
Justina, this is for you. And for me, too. :-)
Here's our mayor's vision for Ann Arbor.
More higher buildings. More parking structures. More people, which means more cars, more pollution, more noise.
Ick.
Rose, between the sidewalk and the street, on Ashley.
Rose at Downtown Home & Garden. With red new leaves.
Telephone pole.
Daylily at the Ashley/Huron/First/Washington parking lot.
Balloon flowers, ditto.
Love the way these are balloons before they open!

You made me smile. Thanks, Vicki. :D You got some really interesting pictures... I had to look three times at the telephone pole photo. What an interesting perspective... makes you think and wonder what's been posted there over the years. Gorgeous, thought-provoking pictures, as always!
:-)
Thank you for the kind words. :-) Such nice things to hear!!
I think telephone poles ought to be used for some sort of modern divination. :-) I should put that in my "great ideas, 2% of net to me" section..... :-)
Surely it "must" mean something, when some words show and some don't, in all those layers, layers, layers, layers.......
:-)
I love the pics! That telephone pole looks like modern, abstract art--a collage, even. Love it.
Thanks, Jennifer. I love closeups of telephone poles and all the layer, staples, layers, staples.....
:-)
