A nice-enough day to have the window open!

These guys sat on book shelves in two previous offices. I'm enjoying having them in the sun where I can see their reflections.........

Evening.

Those guys are cool! Love the reflections. Do the guys have a function (napkin rings?) or are they just decorative? :D
Thanks. :-)
I think they are napkin rings.
For a while our offices were in a windowless basement.
I about cleaned out my favorite thrift store of ... bright stuff.
I didn't really care what it was, as long as it brightened up that lightless space. (well, of course there were flourescents, but litterally not one ray of actual daylight in *any* part of the space the dozens of us occupied....)
So happy to have windows now!!!!!
Woot-woot for windows!!! :) I too need windows, which is one of the reasons I love this house. Each and every single room has at least one window!!! :) Have a great day Vicki.
ME TOO!
I love light, and I love looking out.......
In addition to the dearth of actual light in that basement space, I came to believe that not having anything natural to look at was also not a good thing.
The way natural things move.... Leaves in the breeze, clouds..... Not exactly random, totally, but no mechanical regularity, either.
Soothing, to watch nature's motion.....
Wishing you a great day as well. :-)
