The 17th was a very picture-ful day.
I liked the fern in the fancy pot, but it's in such good shape (for the third week of November) that I wonder, looking at it now, if it's real.............
Hmmm. Here's something else untouched by the frost. Purply pink stuff. Definitely real.

Maple in the center. Note shadow. The stem obviously sticks up more than it seems to.....
More wet leaves. Not sure what kind. They look elmy, but I'm not aware that there is an elm here....
