On the 16th, I walked downtown for the first time in a long time. (Usually I catch a ride with my better half, who leaves home for work at the same time I leave.)
These were taken at about 8:30 am.
I don't take pics in the early morning light nearly as often as in the late afternoon light, but I guess it presents about the same set of problems.

See the hornets' nest, just above the right corner of the window? I didn't see it, until I had the image on "the big screen"....... This is a three-story building, I think. I didn't know they'd nest that high.

This is about 3:00 pm. Overcast, with clouds.
I was interested by the very light tops of the clouds, even though it was overcast.
