October 6 -- on the way to work

.

They've pulled the plants that were in front of the post office, and have replaced them with decorative kale. I'm kinda sad that they pulled the other plants, but the kale is excellent.....

A much tighter crop of the above.  I was aware that the plants were wet, when I took the pics, but ... my!

Who knew they looked like this!

It's condensation, not rain.

Look how it formed on every protrusion!  Wow!

Love being able to see all of this!

That same building-under-construction we've been watching.  I wonder if I'll like the finished version.  I do like all the rectangles everywhere, as it rises, rises, rises.....

Locust leaves.

This yard is heavily decorated for Halloween.  Chipper-looking fake bird, with its shadow (and mine).

The house next door to the previous yard.  I was trying to get the jack-o-lantern.  I did actually notice the skull when I was taking the pic.  It's on a blind, I think.

Amused that this is zip-tied to the gate.

Dahlias.

Dahlia bud.

Zinnia, in the strong morning sun.

Sweet alyssum, under the zinnias.

I did not notice this was wet, when I took the pic.

More condensation.  Wow.

The dahlia photo is by far my favorite. :) Definitely wow on the condensation. :)

I like that one, too. :-)

Yeah, really, wow. So glad I have the camera to show it to me! :-)
