I happened to see red through the slats of the blind.
I'm so glad I jumped up to open the blind, and so glad the camera was handy!
Just a few minutes later, the color was less intense.
Another New Mexico sky, right here in Ann Arbor.

If the hot flashes weren't getting me up before dawn, I'd never have seen it.
I'm not sure if we are having more firey dawns than usual, or if I'm just seeing them more than I used to.....
The sunrise sky, on the 5th, was amazing.
