Walking.
They say they are going to be working on this street for several more months. They are replacing "everything under the street" as well as the street itself.
This one block of street goes up to Dexter Road, of which several blocks are being replaced. All in all, it's not very much road, to be torn up all summer.
When I'm being grateful, not being in the middle of a construction site all summer would be one of the things on my list.
Hostas.
Last year the dogwoods here didn't do much. Especially the white ones. This year they are making up for it.
These are the first regular tall iris I've seen blooming this year.
