Culture Kitchen -- a cool idea.  Spreading knowledge about food and culture, by sharing cooking expertise and hard-to-find ingredients.

I know I am put off from trying new kinds of cuisine by the necessity of accumulating a ton of new ingredients (especially when I need 1/4 of a cup but must buy a quart, say).

I think this is a clever idea, and it is certainly a beautiful presentation (love those cloth bags).
