September 12 -- the rest of the day

.

Walking Willard at 4:00 pm -ish.

Color on the sidewalk.

Walking home from yoga.  I have no idea what this yellow is.  It was not a chrysanthemum.  I didn't take any pics of the plant....  Just the YELLOW.  (That's phlox, in the background.)

Here's the excellent garden with the elephant ears.

Both the orange cosmos and the pink dahlias (top right corner) are considerably taller than I.  This is one lush and exuberant garden!

Cosmos.  Love the blue bokeh in the back....

Dahlia.

Zinnia.

The first class in the fall session of yoga was on the 12th.  We did some sitting-on-our-feet twisting things, some lying on our backs with one leg raised and lowered on each side, some standing balance (tree), some triangles with and without the front leg bent, and finished with shivasan with bolsters (looooove bolsters!).

It doesn't happen as often as I wish, but every once in a while I get home from yoga feeling really good.  Like I can ... breathe.  The 12th was one of those days.  Ah..........
