.
Another sunrise.
The farmers' market
Excellently red pickup truck, full of beautiful things that will be turned into pickles!
I love The Brinery's red-cabbage sauerkraut!
Squash.
Decorative kale.
Brussels sprouts.
I was surprised to see so many peppers at the market, in the second half of November!
Now *this* red&green I expect, at this time of year!
Our favorite vendors.
Waiting in line at Zingerman's Next Door.
Love the labels................. Wouldn't these make lovely presents? They had bits of this one out for tasting. Yummy.
Much more rustic, but still -- so much attention to design/detail.....
Totally different aesthetic; love this one, too.
Love the minimalism; the pepper curling against that hard geometric X......
Love looking at the fancy candies.
Cranberry walnut, rustic apple pies. I've not had these, but I bet they are wonderful.
Cheesecake, and pumpkin cheesecake. I have it on excellent authority that these are really good.
I love these............. Definitely the best "sticky" I've ever had on a sticky bun!
I'm not really a cupcake person, but aren't these cute?
Walking back to the car.
Kale "palm trees" with lettuce "shrubs."
When I think of being grateful for riches, having a bag full of new-to-me library books is definitely on my list.
As are dandelions blooming in the fallen leaves.
And clouds and jet trails in the blue November sky.
And big rounded oak leaves.
I began this post as a "regular Saturday post," but came to see that it is a fine Thanksgiving post.
Wishing you good things to eat, interesting skies, many books, and good company (including your own!). Every day, not just a special Thanksgiving day.
