Cynthia Voigt is a good writer. She has an excellent command of the language, and a facility for thinking up interesting plots and characters.
Last night I finished On Fortune's Wheel.
I enjoyed it. I have put a couple more of her books on reserve at the library.
I will note that this book, unlike Mister Max: the Book of Lost Things, ended. Hooray.
