Sunrise over snowy suburbia.
It's getting harder to move the snow, because there are already piles of snow where you want to put the next shovelful.
Lots of snow on the garage.
Tree shadows.
Venturing out, after shoveling yet again. This pile, at the end of our driveway is over 4' tall.
It's easy to tell who blows and who shovels. Blowers have much lower piles at the sides of cleared areas. Blown....
Shoveled.
Plowed.
Meanwhile, asleep on the cowshe.
What???

Interesting on the blown and unblown. I've noticed that too, and I always wonder why because blown seems to get more snow out of the path -- maybe it just shoots it farther than we can throw it!
That's what I think -- blowing it moves it farther. Like, into the street, maybe? Where the plow can put it into my driveway? :-(
I'm lucky -- the guy directly upstream of us (as the plow goes) is a shoveler.
