July 31

.

Running some errands at the bank.

We've looked at lots of fairy doors -- this is the first time I noticed the fairy banking opportunities at my bank.

I didn't see this until I got the above image on "the big screen"............

The Bank of Ann Arbor is locally owned and run.  We opened an account right after it opened, and have been glad to deal with them ever since.  The branch manager knows us personally (we've been doing business with her for decades).  Hooray for locally owned!

Rose.  I've been taking pics of this rose, in front of Downtown Home and Garden for many years.  Not as long as I've been banking at Bank of Ann Arbor, but for a pretty long time.

I have no idea what this is.  It looks tropical.........

It's a small tree.......

Another look at the sunflowers at the Massage Station.

Zinnias, too.

More tall herbaceous plants.  Sunflowers, and hibiscus.

Hibiscus.

Walnut-hull stains on slanted pavement.  I may have to go to West Park with a broom and dustpan, and sweep up the bits of hull, bring them home, figure out where I can leave some fabric on a slanted surface, wet down the fabric, scatter the bits on it, and then hope this happens on my fabric...............
