December 2

Appreciating every bit of color in the landscape.

The leaves are brown.  The sky is gray (too much of the time).

But the grass (lots of it, anyway) is still GREEN.

Yep, that's exactly what I was thinking..........

Then I thought -- "The one time I was in LA (when we were coming back from Hawaii, and we had a day layover in LA and went to Universal City), the sky in LA was brown. Given all the drought there, the leaves are probably all gray, and the sky may still be brown......... Pretty sure I wouldn't choose it as a preferable alternative to A2. Even if it's 70 degrees.
