I am a purist, when it comes to dessert. I like filling better than crust, and I like one flavor at a time better than a melange.
I had cheesecake. (It's "cake of the month" this month....). The Bakehouse makes lovely cheesecake. Not the fluffy airy kind, but the dense moist kind. I like it plain -- without berries, without chocolate. Not terribly photogenic, but delicious. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
