Outside plant, brought in for the winter. Its tag says "beedance." I bought it because it is supposed to be good for pollinators, and I brought it inside because it still had dozens of flowers. It still has dozens of flowers.

I do not like surprises. I like to know what is going to happen. But sometimes, in the most mundane and unimportant of circumstances, I enjoy a surprise.
We've had these towels for years and years and years. I knew there was a band of not-looped fabric. I sort of knew there were squares.
I didn't know until I saw the sun behind this towel on November 21 that the squares have different levels of opacity.
Cool.

Hooray for grocery-store flowers! I have no idea what that one with the fuzzy green-gray stuff and the yellow things with orange and yellow points is.
