Did you know that the space station is the third brightest object in the night sky? I didn't, until just now.

I remember in 1964, you could see some of the first communication satellites passing along in the sky. It was a thrill, because my Dad worked on these as a research physicist!

Now that you mention it, I think maybe my mom got us out one night to look at Sputnik......... :-)
