I love Google translate.
I follow a number of people on Instagram who do not use English. Some of them do not share an alphabet with us. Or don't use an alphabet at all.
I can copy text from any source and paste it into Google translate. Almost always, given context (a picture on Instagram, say), Google gives me something that I can make sense of. It figures out the language by itself, and then makes its best guess at what the words say...........
How nice to have this help with figuring out what others are trying to convey to us!
