Wildflowers in the park.  Those droopy-petal coneflowers we saw in the old book at Project Gutenberg, and bee balm.





Ducks at the pond.  It's been dry.  The water level is low.  Much less "open water" than usual -- a lot of the pond vegetation is at surface level.

Backlit coneflowers in a dry dry park.  That tan area in the upper left is lawn-y when it gets enough water.....




The ugliness you didn't see in the park..................

People try to tell me that a lot of littering is inadvertent.

Those black things are parts of a broken hanger.  I always accidentally drop hangers in the park, don't you?  No.  No we don't.

Sigh.
