July 21, 2018

The beautiful garden at the other end of my old block, from across Kingsley.  A lot of gorgeousness packed into a small space.

Farmers' market flowers.

This is where Detroit Street would be, if there had been any "street" on July 21.......  Zingerman's Deli is the brick building at the end of the block.

Our world-wandering daughter was home.  Icelandic chocolate was one of the presents.  :-)

I think this design style is particularly effective for spiraling horns and tails.  :-)

That view of the street would probably be very familiar to someone in 1918 as opposed to 2018 (without the earth moving equipment, of course).
